1. AUDITORIUM CUM CONVENTION CENTRE

Haryana Urban Development Authority has undertaken the project of Auditorium-cum-Convention Centre in Sector-29 in an area of 8.50 acre with a project cost of Rs 1391.00 lacs. The Auditorium with covered  area of approximate 5400 sqm and seating capacity of 1200 persons will be fully air conditioned. The Auditorium cum convention centre will have the provisions of  conference hall with seating capacity of 65 persons.

2. OPEN AIR THEATRE (OAT)

Open Air Theatre in Sector -29 is under construction at the cost of Rs 82.90 lacs. It has a seating capacity of 200 persons.

3.  EXTENSION OF LEISURE VALLEY

The ultra modern musical fountains in the Leisure Valley Sector -29 have been made functional. The Central Plazza in Sector -29 is being developed with grassy lawns, ornamentals trees, planters etc. The estimated cost for this project is Rs 200.00 lacs.

4. DEVELOPMENT OF CH. DEVI LAL SMRITI PARK SECTOR-22 U.E.

A Leisure Valley type park has been developed in sector-22 Gurgaon. This park has been named Ch. Devi Lal Smriti Park. The total area of this park is 30.00 acre.

5. SPORTS COMPLEX IN SECTOR 38 U.E.

A sports complex is being constructed in sector-38 in an area of 46.25 acre at the cost of Rs 900.00 lacs. The following infrastructures are being constructed under this project.

a. Cricket Stadium ( Capacity of 25,000 persons )

b. Athletic Stadium ( Capacity of 5000 persons )

c. Indoor Stadium ( Capacity of 2500 persons)

d. Swimming Pool ( Capacity of 2500 persons)

In addition to above of Hand Ball, Valley Ball & Basket Ball Courts are also to be made. The provision of Hostel and commercial complex has also been made.

6. MODERN JAIL COMPLEX

A prestigious Govt.project for the construction of Modern Jail Complex near village Bhondsi on Sohna- Gurgaon road has been constructed by HUDA. The complex is spread over an area of 86.00 acres.

7. MINI SECRETARIAT

HUDA has constructed the  Mini Secretariat building at Gurgaon. This building  comprises a seven storyed block & two double storey blocks. The DC Office, SDM Office, City Magistrate Office, DRO Office, DDPO office, NIC, Election, Employment, DPRO, Tehsil Office, DEO, DFSC &  Labour Office have been shifted into the Mini Secretariat building. 

8. WIDENING OF GURGAON - MEHRAULI ROAD

Gurgaon-Mehrauli road with approximate length of 5 Kms has been transferred from PWD (B &R) Deptt to HUDA for widening from four lane to eight lane road. The approximate cost is Rs. 495.00 lacs and the work is in progress.

9. SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT

The Sewage Treatment Plant has been constructed near village Dhanwapur with capacity of 68 MLD at an approximate cost of Rs. 1100.00 lacs.

10. REST HOUSE BUILDING Sector-15 (I)

Huda is constructing Rest House building is Sector 15 Part I Gurgaon at the cost of Rs. 64.65 lacs. The total area of the plot is 1960 sq.mtr and plinth area of the building at ground floor is 405 sq mtr and for Ist floor is 385 sq.mtr. The work for construction of this building is in progress.

The construction of 250 bedded hospital building in Sector 10 Gurgaon on Basai road shall be started in near future.

BEAUTIFICATION OF GURGAON U.E.

1. Leisure Valley Park.

A central place named Leisure Valley having an area of 25 acres has been developed in Sector-29 which is fully decorated with water body, series of fountains of various types and rose garden with roses of various variety, ornamental trees, fancy lights and beautiful concrete path ways. A jogging track shall be added for the attraction of health conscious people. Large numbers of people visit leisure valley daily in morning & evening. HUDA has constructed a shopping complex and a restaurant with huge parking spaces around it.

2. Master Roads and Junctions

HUDA is planning to recarpet all the master roads which have been constructed before 1995. In the first step an estimate of Rs 170.00 lacs was approved by Govt. of Haryana for recarpeting of 60 M wide road leading to Sector 55/56 from NH-8 upto DLF Golf Course. Appx. 90 % work has been completed at site also. Further the junction point of 60 M wide road with Mehrauli Road has been improved and slip roads have been constructed.

To beautify and to increase visibility at night at junction of NH-8 with sector dividing roards, lighting with special mercury lamps has been done at Rajiv Chowk, Jharsa Chowk, Unitech Chowk, MDI Chowk and Atul Kataria Chowk.

Facilities : Water Supply, Sewerage, Storm water, Roads, Streets, Bricks on edge paving and Electrification etc.
