Haryana Roadways
Gurgaon Roadways depot is one of the oldest depot of
Haryana Roadways. It came into existence on 1.9.1959, and since then the depot has been
rendering service to the nation. Its sub Depot is at Nuh, one of the Sub divisions
of district Gurgaon for benefit of people of Mewat region. The depot is contributing
substantial amount to the state Exchequer in the shape of Passenger Tax, Token Tax,
Interest on Capital etc.
All the vehicles
are insured against third party claim to meet the M.A.C.T. claims. All modern public
conveniences i.e. S.T.D Booth, News paper stalls, Drinking water, cold drinks and other
eatables, toilets, rest rooms separately for men and women have been provided at the bus
stands at Gurgaon & Sohna.
The depot is providing local services to all the villages of Gurgaon District and inter District services to all districts of Haryana including Faridabad, Rewari, Jhajjar, and Rohtak. The depot provides road transport services to the National Capital City of Delhi and other states like Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, M.P. and U.P. are also well connected with Gurgaon. 24 Hrs Bus services are available not only for National Capital City but also for Chandigarh, Katra, Moga, Kapurthala, Shimla, Haridwar Gwalior, Mathura, Agra, Jaipur, Ajmer, and Jodhpur. The Depot is ready to introduce buses with better body structure and new colour scheme, powerful engine with comfortable seats.
